Unlike many insurers, our claims team isn’t made up of general claims handlers. The MedPro team is led by a qualified lawyer who specialises in medical negligence and the team bring deep, relevant expertise to every case:
Angela
A healthcare liability veteran with over 20 years at NHS Resolution and a background in private practice, Angela is a go-to authority in complex claims.
Vicky
A claims specialist with over 16 years’ experience in the London insurance market and a background as a practising solicitor, Vicky has handled thousands of healthcare liability claims, including complex matters, with skill and sensitivity.
Luke
With over 20 years’ experience in clinical negligence claims, including time at the MDU, Luke brings deep sector knowledge and longstanding expertise to complex cases.
Chelsea
A qualified lawyer trained in Singapore, Chelsea brings over five years of international experience across casualty and healthcare claims.
Joe
A Claims Operations Specialist with eight years of hands-on experience across the insurance sector, Joe brings strong technical knowledge and practical claims expertise.
Shri
Supporting the team is Shri, our Claims Assistant. Previously working directly with PMP supporting clients, Shri is an LLM Law and Social Justice graduate from the University of Birmingham with a strong interest in healthcare law, particularly clinical negligence.
Together, our team combines medical negligence expertise, legal insight, and a genuine commitment to client care.

Claim Notification
Contact our insurer partner MedPro (a trading name of Berkshire Hathway International Insurance Limited) as soon as you’re aware of a potential claim or complaint via the notification form in our customer portal.
Initial Review
The team will assess your case and confirm next steps, including whether to involve legal counsel.
Appointment of Lawyers
If needed, they will instruct one of our trusted legal partners, ensuring you have experienced representation from the outset.
Ongoing Communication
We’ll keep you informed at every stage, clearly and promptly.
Resolution
We work toward a fair, timely outcome with your reputation and interests at the core.
